Sukriti Social Foundation conducted an eye camp at Mappedu Village in Thiruvallur District (50 kms from Chennai) on the 14th of February 2007. 109 persons were screened and free cataract surgeries were performed for 12 persons. The camp was conducted along with the NSS students of Mar Gregorios College, Chennai. Surgeries were performed at Udhi Eye Hospital, Chennai.
