Improving the prospects of the disabled forms the focus of Sukriti in the realm of employment. In 2006-07, Sukriti networked with an HR consultant to whom it referred disabled individuals for opportunities that might match their profile. The experience thus far has provided Sukriti some learning regarding the employability of the disabled, with reference to the needs of the BPO industry. In the coming years, Sukriti will strive to facilitate direct placements.
Sukriti also undertakes other efforts to improve the employability of the disabled.
Training in cycle servicing and assembling was conducted from 27th February 2012 to 5th March 2012 at Madurantakam in partnership with ASSCOD.10 persons were trained by Mr Gangadharan from TI Cycles.

Program Report
Volunteers from Citi Corp volunteered at Sukriti on their global volunteering day on 8th November 2008. 20 students who are undergoing training at Worth Trust attended the program.
Sukriti conducted an art workshop on the Role of Illustrators in the Print Media on 4th March 2007 at ICSA Centre in Egmore, Chennai.
